    On BlackBerry OS phones, preferrably on OS7 phones and even more on the 9360 because that's the one I have.

    If so, were you able to get data on your phone and use it normally with the obvious exception of BIS services? please and thank you.

    PS: Does BB World count as a BIS service?

    No legacy device will work without BIS. Without it, no BlackBerry World or any services such as BBM.
