    every once in awhile a mesage pops up on my BB screen:

    "The device is required to reset to complete module installation of removal. notice 4 of 5"
    then option to "reset now" or "reset later"


    who the what huh?????? can anyone help?

    Also could be from QuickPull if you did not complete a QP.

    next time it pops up just hit to reset and maybe it would go away. also try to pull the battery on the phone for 30 seconds with the phone on
