This four letter word is everywhere on my Z10. There's a general HELP app and then I can also find it in EVERY other app on my device.
and it updates with each new upgrade or app update. Isn't that weird???

From all the simple questions I find on this forum (i.e. I know how to turn my phone on, but where's the off switch)
I can only conclude that most everyone else doesn't have this feature.

Can someone explain how to remove this annoying thing from my device?

...or perhaps show those with "Lazy Reader Syndrome" how to use it?

Don't even necessarily need to know how to read well. There are dozens of instructional videos in the BB10 help and tutorial apps.

If they don't understand HELP.... "Instruction Video's" is just a foreign word to be ignored completely!
But then maybe you are on to something. We could change the name of the video to something that might trick them into hitting on it.
Any idea's for a name?
