I updated to OS4.5 but I still can't get this app to link up with the GPS on my device. Any help is huge. Thanks!

If you are using the built-in GPS, then it won't work. If you're using an external bluetooth GPS it should work.

Actually, in 4.5, the GPS works with BlackBerry Maps. Unfortunately, it does not work with Google Maps as far as I know. My guess is the class action suits are starting to get Verizon's attention...

In 4.5, the GPS seems to only work for VZNavigator and BB Maps. I believe all other GPS programs are blocked.

My 8330 is running 4.5.xx. Google maps works fine with the GPS. SendAFix does not see the GPS.

Dear Black Obsidian...yes you are right...it is working nicely on the Storm...looks like the info I was reading was very old....I'm learning fast what are gpx files and such....I did a quick trip tracking today and I can import it easily as a gpx in Garmin MapSource...what a beauty.....however....I do not see the lat/long points saved along the track....maybe it is too early to ask for this?

yeah it doesnt work with verizon i mean google maps it says you are within this amount of meters.. but friends bold was awesome had point by point directions and shows where your walking. when are they going to access this?
