I just started using GPSED and have been unable to find what the function of filtering does. I noticed on my uploaded tracks that there will be occasional errant spikes in the track. The default setting for filtering was low. wonder if changing this setting will have a positive effect in track accuracy.
The usual searches and GPSED site were no help on this issue/subject.
