hey i was wondering what is the best program to use for GPS turn by turn directions without a data plan or wifi, using an sd card..
i found a thread aobut installing MGMAps and saving maps onto the SD Card
but does the MGMAps app give turn by turn directions?
also how big of a SD card would i need for a very zoomed in map of new york and new jersey?

No turn by turn directions on MGMaps, zoom level 16 of NY and NJ state fit onto a 4 GB card.

Do you have an idea when .gpx file import/export functionality will be available in MGMaps? Its great app and it would be nice if it can draw track and import/export gpx files for waypoint and tracks.
