nav4all has a lot of different voices to choose from but its a pretty basic program. otherwise the garmin program they have for bbs is pretty awesome but its not free..

CoPilot Live has good spoken directions, and very nice turn graphics, but it doesn't handle rerouting very well. It quits trying if you don't do what it says.
