    I have no data package, however, should GPS still work? I'm not talking about maps. When I go to:

    Options->Advanced Options->GPS,

    shouldn't I at least be able to see my Lat/Long etc? Location is on.

    I do not have a data plan, but I don't see why this should affect the GPS. My carrier is Rogers.

    Is my GPS dead, do I require data or otherwise?

    Are you in a clear area? Like go into your front yard. It takes a minute but it'll eventually pick up.
