What build are you using? What app is it that isnt working?

Remember that some functionality with apps that arent yet designed for 5.0 may not work, **** some apps wont even run.

Berry Weather is not picking up location by GPS, its only using cell location. But even when I go to Advanced Options and go to update my GPS location it won't update or pick up my location.

Oops, I meant Berry Weather is "NOT" picking up the location by GPS

GPS tracker works, Google Maps works, GPS logger works... maybe its ur install...

I'm using 5.0.0.238 with no GPS problems.
You might want to have a look in the engineering screens:

Go to OS Engineering Screens, then to GPS.
Use the BB menu button to check the state of GPS APM Mode.
I found that when this feature was enabled, the GPS was usually very slow to respond to requests. I disabled it.
