    Ever since I updated my Alltel 4.1 os to Verizons 4.5 os it has locked me out of my GPS...any help in getting back?

    What exact version of the OS (all the numbers) are using?

    Upgrade to at least version 4.5.0.169 if you haven't already.

    That is what I have now...since i updated to it none of my BB maps or any gps related systems work. Google works only cause its a general cell tower location

    Hmmmm, it should work on that version. Note that it can take a looooooong time (10 - 15 minutes) sometimes to get the initial satellite lock.

    Be sure that you are outside with a clear view of the sky and try BBMaps again.
