Gps cell phone tracking

Looking for legitamate GPS phone tracking to read sms, track cell phone, and listen in on calls. Would also like to know all pros and cons of each system. Just any other info i might need to know. Can this be done?? Looking to track blackberry curve.

Isn't that invasion of privacy? , I have a cop buddy that also does private investigations and he has that but its very expensive and he needed some sort of license to get it.
