Does the outage cause GPS to stop working?
Shouldn't. It should only affect your data, such as: E-mail, internet, apps, BBM, etc. GPS is something that should be a totally different signal from your data.
My GPS apps are not working either. Are you using the new upgrade to 5.0
Gps uses data if you do a search.
