    Google Voice works with the Web app very well. No app working for me so far.

    Or you could try waterloo ' s own fongo
    Gives you a phone number anyone can call and can call fongo to fongo customers free


    Fongo can call any Canadian number landline or even smartphone
    They also have a Fibre connection for a backbone
