    when looking to see if there is an update to google maps, I was unable to find it in apps or elsewhere. I noticed too that it does not appear in my app world personal list of installed items.
    I have a 9650 with google maps version 4.5.3.
    Anyone know whats up?

    It won't show up in App World. You get it directly from m.google.com

    Same here couldnt find it in AppWorld. is BB gonna get rid of it and upgrade theirs like Apple did?

    If so I hope it can match the Google version. Shoot add bbm & bbTravel to it.

    Google Maps was never in Appworld - it was always a separate download from m.google.com
