Also in most developing countries, the internet is either expensive or slow to cope
with everything on the cloud. I have had a case of a company using mainly google apps
and gmail for their docs and mails, but when the internet was down for nearly a week
(due to a fiber optic cut at sea) this company was halted. Also frequent weekly power cuts unlike
once a year in some countries, could affect the online transfer and corrupt docs.
