Try them both out and see which one you like better - it's all a matter of preference

I personally use yahoo as it syncs my tasks, notes and contacts too

I was using Google calendar before I got my BB, so I'm partial to it. It works great, though, with Google Sync. I don't have tasks or contacts on Google, so that's not an issue for me.
