There are just so many options out there and these Z10 phones are outdated. There's the curved edge, Galaxy and host of other phones there.

So what did I get instead? Say hello to the Z30!



So far just not happy with the case (not as good as the Z10 folding case). Hopefully I will have this for another year or more like the Z10.

Yeah, I would get another 30 if anything happened to this one. Can't beat it as a great solid, reliable, all rounder.

Great choice! I love the Z30 and get a smile on my face when I have to use my wife's Z30 to do something. I'd switch with her in an instant but I don't think she'd go for my Passport lol

Do you get LTE in your area? The Z30 is missing AT&T's main LTE band which is band 17.
It has band 4 which is T-Mobile's main LTE band and AT&T also uses it in some areas.

The same happened to me. I bought a new digitizer on ebay for ten pounds and replaced it myself, just last week.

It is just 10 torx screws and some ribbon cables, you only remove the inner cover and the motherboard and put it into the replacement part.

The fun part is your basically get a new phone, coz the digitizer comes with sidewall and all buttons.

The whole thing took me ten minutes. Muuuuuuch easier than replacing digitizer on iPhone.

I like the size and brightness of my Z10, but the Z30 has a way better speaker, battery, and bigger keyboard. It has become my main phone, with the Z10 in my car for emergencies.
Oh, and I have an extra Z30 in case I break this one!!

best upgrade i made since i went from the 9810 to the Z10. With the Z30 now and i wonder how i went so long without it.. perfect screen size, perfect thickness. my gripe is the same with the Z30's transformer case... unless the surface you set it on has great grip.. it will not stand. The Z10's transformer cases IMO were the best ever for any phone.. minimal yet protective and a stand. Anyway, enjoy your Z30 man i bet you don't even miss your Z10
