    Hey guys.
    Officially ordered my BB Q10 last week, waiting on shipment now.
    leaving my iPhone 5 behind , will be selling it, and be using my new BB OS10 Device once it arrives, cannot wait!
    I'm mainly switching back for the keyboard and best communication & business device and that is inarguably Blackberry.
    Feels good to be back!!!

    I switched to apple/android for a while until Blackberry came out with the Q10 and im glad I made the switch back to black

    Yay another fellow q10 owner here as well. Look into loading a leaked version of BlackBerry 10.2, really makes a big difference in the experience. I showed my friend who still has the official 10.1 and he was literallly AMAZED.

    But anyways, im excited for you. Youre going to love the q10's keyboard btw

    I did the same thing with my iPhone 4s, unfortunately I bounced back to the iPhone 5 when my z10 broke (to be fair I believe I fried it tryin to customize it :3) Anyways, I will be back with a Z30 in my hands hopefully within the next month or so! Enjoy your Q10!

    Be patient though because the learning process for bb10 can be tough and frustrating for some. There is a lot that can be done on the phone that the tutorials just don't show. My suggestion would be to read ALOT. There is tons of threads for "how to's" and if there is something you cannot find, just ask away on crackberry. Bb10 is amazing. I love it, and I love all the great things it can do but I know there are a lot of people out there that were so frustrated that they returned the device. I believe that is a big issue for BlackBerry . People who get the phones, don't know how to use them. Anyways, enjoy your Q10 and welcome back to BlackBerry.

    Be sure to read up on the latest OS' etc.

    10.2.0.1791 is the most stable OS to date. Sideload the latest 10.2.1.575/641 using Playbook google chrome extension or sashesi tool.
    These later OS' also have much better tutorials to crush that learning curve. Be sure to look at the tutorial videos phone app that comes on the phone. Here is a site with more tutorials http://demos.blackberry.com/blackberry-z30/na/ca/gen/
    When in any app in BB10 swipe down from the top and you will always see a setting/help menu. Like the picture I attached below.


    Learn to Sideload and convert APK (android apps) to BARS (BB10 apps). They 575/641 are unlocked android runtime so you don't need to use the debug method.
    Since coming from iOS you might be missing those big name apps which all have workarounds in this forum.
