    Walking through Westmount mall in London, ON and going by the Bell store and I see a table at the front of the store with BlackBerry all over it. Of course I have to go and talk to the gentleman standing there with a spark on his shirt. Apparently BlackBerry is now sending reps out to various locations to talk about BlackBerry 10. He said he was at different malls and different providers everyday and will be back in this location in a week. Very nice to see they're sending people out to spread the word and maybe help some of provider employees learn a thing or two. The free stuff was nice too

    I dunno if that's 'stepping up" they've been doing that for a while now. Problem is, it never seems to happen in U.S. stores, I always see them in Canada but never in the U.S.

    I agree that they need to have reps come to the stores here in the USA. I was just in a T Mobile store here in Michigan showing the salesperson my new z30 and they said that BlackBerry was out of business and not making phones anymore, WTF!!!!

    Where are they getting this bad information from? How can you expect to sell a customer a product if you think the company is out of business?

    This is the crap that boils my blood and needs to be addressed ASAP. Not by the carrier, but by someone at the BlackBerry corporate offices and give the assurance that they are alive and well.

    It only takes a few misinformed individuals to spread bad rumors that can ruin a consumer products company.
