Hi, I'm a newbie so please bear with me.

After being restricted by Verizon's inability to allow GPS on 4.2, I decided to screw it and install 4.5. Low and behold GPS was now being registered by Blackberry Maps!

Unfortunately Google Maps and other software titles that I have tried apparently don't support the a-GPS model on the phone, despite BB Maps knowing what to do.

I am looking for a better navigation/map software than BB Maps that'll give me turn-by-turn directions and whatnot. Any suggestions?

If you have Verizon, you're stuck with VZ Navigator. With 4.5, BB Maps can use the GPS, but otherwise it's still locked down.
