My brother-in-law's company just got him a BB Curve on got him activated on their BES network.
So, what he wants to do is use his personal BB Bold that was on BIS with his company's BES cause he hates the Curve.
I told him to just swap out the SIM's of the two BB's. He did that but says he isn't getting his email.
Is their a way to accomplish what he wants to do?
IT would have to activate his Bold on the BES. My company doesn't supply outside sales people with BBs but allows us to connect to the BES with our personal BB. So it is possible, IT just has to get involved and give their blessings. I don't want to get into the BES on a personal BB discussion but IT will have access to EVERYTHING on his personal BB once it is connected to the BES.
Exactly what they said. IT has to add his pin to their server. The downside is...sometimes w/an IT policy on your personal phone you are limited to what you can and cannot do.
