Hi guys, I just bought a BlackBerry Storm and it's my first time with a BB so please bear with me . I tried doing a search but to no avail.

I set up GMail as one of my e-mail accounts and I would like to have different folders for Sent Messages. In my GMail account, I also created a new folders to have specific e-mails show up in different folders.

Is this possible to do on the BlackBerry or would I have to set up a whole new e-mail on my phone? Thanks in advance

I had the same problem... You're going to have to delete that email setup thru the Storm and then install the GMail app from Google. Then create folders and set it up to show whatever folders you want it to.

Very cool, didn't know there was a GMail app. I'll try that out.

What about other e-mail such as my work e-mail?

Is that the Google Sync app that syncs emails, calendar appts., contacts, etc, OTA?

Vlow: As far as your work email goes, I have no idea. I've not set mine up through the company enterprise server so I don't know if that will allow you to do it. As far as just doing it through the phone (like the way your GMail was) I've not figured out a way to make different folder... Not to say it can't be done tho...

BTsee: Those are different apps. One app is for Gmail only and the other syncs all your contacts, calendar, tasks, apointments, etc. I've actually got GMaps, GMail, and GSync apps all on the phone separately.

    Anybody know differently?
