So I've figured out how to "reconcile" email deletes from my work email. I have a gmail account and have gotten so that if I delete an email from the BB it will delete it on gmail as well. However, if I delete the item in gmail, I choose reconcile on the BB and it does not delete the email on my BB. Am I missing something or does reconcile not work this way for Gmail?
It's great for work since at the end of the day I can hit reconcile and not have to deal with the emails at work etc...
