It's a slow process but it's coming around! Many, many people ask about my Z30 and the first thing I tell them is that it's great BUT salespeople will try to tell you otherwise.

My local Verizon store had a great display and space for BlackBerry products in a very newly renovated store just yesterday. Q10/z10/z30 all ready eager to please.

That's great... I am sure that BlackBerry will bounce back... it will start selling... not like hot cakes but at a decent clip... this should encourage Chen to bring in more devices.

Local carrier at Puerto Rico has put the Z10 on their TV ads during the last 2 weeks. AT&T and Claro both have them as an upgrade your LTE device ad, and put them beside Samsung, Nokia, HTC, and one gives the Z10 a solo shot besides AT&T logo at the end of the TV ad.

Yes and no. Telus had a big "trade in your old BlackBerry" promo this summer for another smartphone. Except the BlackBerry 10 devices weren't one of the options you could trade in for.
