in the camera options there is an option for geotagging
i have turned this on to YES but what does it do? as it does NOTHING for me!!

im guessing it should link the picture to your gps position?

how do you make this work?

It puts the GPS coordinates in the EXIF Data. It won't stamp anything on the picture.

You wait in opened space until you get the globe white. Then your pic si geotagged. And if you upload it on Flickr for example,in the picture's properties you'll find the location info. It's all automatic.
