    This was brought up in another thread, but I thought Id post it here for more people to try. Since BBM 5.0 uses standard QR barcodes it is possible to generate your own, it's quite simple actually. There are applications to do it, but theres any easy way for everyone, just use this website:

    I'm still confused why ppl are so impressed with a tech from '94...like it's new lol! Japan, Korea...etc..etc have used this for years for everything from websites to paying for soda at a vending machine.
