Try formatting ur card if you haven't.also,it says that because there isn't enough phone memory......correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Stackberry, looks like Application memory free space is 314MB and media card free space is 7.3GB. I imagine if the media card free space is 7.3MB, it must be activated, correct?

BlackBerry has a limit to the size of the file you can download from the phone, it's somewhere around 5mb if I remember correctly.

If you have BlackBerry 6 installed you can now download any size attachment over wifi.

Thanks. The files I'm trying to open are less than 1.5KB. I can save them if I transfer them from my desktop. thanks for any assistance here.

What kind of files are these? What OS do you have on your phone? (Options> About, the numbers with the "v" in front of them). Does this happen all the time or just some of the time?

At 1.5 Kb it not a filesize issue. The fact that you can save and use them rules out a media compatibility problem. I suspect the problem is in the host web page and the Blackberry opening streaming media.

You have a simple workaround, save it first.

Thanks. When I save it, it just says "marking item as saved". Are you saying it's saved somewhere on the phone? If so, do you know where?

    Thanks again!
