Seven day trial - I downloaded and installed it from here OTA:

    getmobile.garmin.com/builtforblackberry

And it installed and worked with my VERIZON 8830 and my Freedom 2000 Bluetooth puck. I did have to refresh my bluetooth service under the Freedom's properties.

    More info here:

Garmin | Garmin Mobile for BlackBerry - Turn your BlackBerry into a savvy navigator with Garmin Mobile

Now, that site seems to indicate two versions. One for a BB with gps ($99) and another that is the software and a Garmin PUCK ($149).

This appears to be a different Garmin method - this one appears to use DATA and not provide all of the maps on an SD card.

It found my home pretty quickly and found Carson City, Nev, routing pretty quickly.

    Just another choice....

This is awesome. I was able to get it to work with my GlobalSat BT-368i after refreshing. Good find. Now I wonder if you can get away with buying the $99 version and not their BT GPS module?

Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com

EDIT: Looking through their site, I think I can with ease, even though it still says it won't work with Verizon, since this is clear that it will.
