Before you suggest a battery pull, I already did that.
I can receive requests to add to BBM. I can accept them, but the requestor cannot see my acceptance. I can make a request to be added, but my request is never seen.
Also, I can receive PIN messages but when I reply, it is never seen on the other end. I get the D thingie showing it was delivered.
I am on a BES but IT tells me there is no policy restricting me.
    My carrier is Sprint.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks in advance!

Try adding your Messenger Buddy or have them add you this way.

Go to Messenger and press menu button scroll to add a contact. It will take you to your adress book and scroll all the way to the top and just highlight "Use Once" and press the menu button and select request by PIN. Have them enter your PIN and it should work fine.

As for the PIN messages. All the ones I sent never show an "R" it always shows a "D".

I tried using use once and I added them to my address book, too.

As for the PIN problem, I get the D but it really hasn't been delivered.

    It all feels somehow related.

Sprint provisioning issue. Reregister your HRT and if that doesn't fix it, you'll need to call Sprint and request to be transfered to a Blackberry specialist. Ask them to check your provisioning... there are multiple provisioning flags in the RIM provisioning tools. Your BBM provisioning is messed up. Usually a reprovision fixes it.

You can also send a PIN to yourself manually (one time use) and see if you get it as a test.

Have you tried resending your service books?

Go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Menu button > select register now. Once you recieve the registration email do a battery pull and try again.

Before you call sprint as Civic98 suggested try deleting the BBM app and add it back.

LOL. Thanks. I'll stop by my Sprint store. The BB guru there is very good and a real sweetie. Or I'll call CS BB support. The last time I tried to help myself it wasn't pretty.
