Very nice. Same phone in the new movie "Guilt Trip". I recognized it today after seeing this movie. It happens when Andy( Seth Rogan) is discussing his product on the HSN. One of the executives was using the Torch to socialize or conduct business with sending an email. I was very proud that BB was shown.

I haven't watched the video but "Biggest Loser of 2012" doesn't conflict with "BB10's going to be a hit in 2013", does it? They're different years, last time I checked, and one is literally history now.

Umm Biggest Loser is a TV show displaying a bunch of over weight contestants training with professionals to try and lose weight and see who hence, is the Biggest Loser.

Well, Tobin Smith is a commentator and Fox blatantly says that their commentators are not representative of their views, so it's not bipolar.

@all : we don't care weather it's Fox, CNN, CNBC, speculation, bipolar-ism, stock manipulation or whatever ... It's just a news that hits potentially hundreds of thousands audience and will tint overall perception with positiveness. Nothing more, just a good one; even better if it's a counterpoint.
Let's take it "as-is" and enjoy

It doesn't really matter who says it. As long as people are sometimes saying good things, the viewing audience will reconsider RIM's future. Currently in the US, people think it has none. If enough commentators say otherwise, the psychology around RIM's survival will change.
We only need 10 or 15% of the people to think BlackBerry phones will be the greatest for it to be a big success initially.

What Timmy said. Why do you think elections are such a marathon? Build familiarity so people will vote for you. In RIM's case, you vote with your pocketbook. When the BB10 platform releases and the hype's-a-roarin', people will jump on the bandwagon. Remember, the populous is comprised primarily of sheeple.

Some more details about this :
Fox News market analyst, Tobin Smith, forecasts RIMM comeback; $30+ per share – BlackBerry Herald | Everything BlackBerry

2013 will be the year of the BlackBerry, it’s no secret and no lie, Fox News market analyst and CEO of NBT Equity Research, Tobin Smith, seems to agree and thus joined in on #BB10Believe.
Smith predicts that Research in Motion will make a comeback in 2013 with it’s latest line of BlackBerry10 devices. He believes that their current share price of U$11.87 will nearly triple to over U$30 throughout the year in one of the largest consumer electronics comebacks since Apple’s 1997 turn around, and Mr Smith is quite the AAPL investor I might add.
He added on his Twitter account that he sees Research in Motion’s BlackBerry 10 becoming the third largest smart phone platform behind Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android, reaffirming Thorsten Heins’ goal of making BlackBerry 10 the much touted ‘third ecosystem’.
    Spinning, spinning ... #IlikeThat
