    While checking the device monitor on my z10, I found this secure networking thing. I know it's not new and many users saw what it is, but I want to know exactly what it is and what does it do.

    I thought bbm was using the Internet on bb10 and here it doesn't show upload/download being used

    Some BlackBerry's in bbos were able to use bbm on wifi in the past. Also even if bbm is using your wifi instead of your mobile network, it's still traveling through BlackBerry's NOC server.


    I'm not in any way saying that is what the photo is though.

    Do you have the Diagnostics tool enabled?(send diagnostics and usage data) under 'Diagnostics' in Security and Privacy in your Settings.

    Yeah well I'm at work from 7:30 till 16:00

    When you scroll down, you'll see this. But it's strange because my data is always connected. And i'm using Wifi whenever it's available. And yet, it shows zero graph.

    It's in Device manager > it's in Battery/CPU/Memory. Click on Secure Networking.
