    so today we upgraded our 2 blackberry 8330 to the bold 9780 (i think thats the right model) the store transfered all are contacts and things over to the new phones but didn't realize that our blackberry.net email isnt working so i figured out that i need to put in a password. The problem is i don't know the password went on line to try and get it but it sends the password to the email that i can't open. i also tryed the pin but the old pin numbers are disconnected. any ideas

    Are you able to access your email from another location or the web?

    You should be able to contact your carrier and they can provide you with the reset.

    If it is the password for your e-mail and not the password to access the online e-mail accounts, you can just delete the account and set it up again. It has worked for me before I realized how nice password keeper is.
