i forgot my media card password and there is 5 times to try. Is there any way to backup the data on the media card? or how to unlock it? thanks

Your question was unrelated to the original post in the thread you posted it in, so I have moved it to a new thread where you are more likely to get answers.

I don't password protect my media card. I would be surprised if there is any way to bypass it. Password security is one of BlackBerry's strengths.

actually the password is set default ON, because it's connect to BES.

I understand. I'm on BES as well. What I should have said is that I don't use a separate password for my Media Card. The device is password protected, but I don't use an additional password on my Media Card.
