It seems everyone is eager to see a 'flat' user interface for BlackBerry 10. So, I went and redrew all of the homescreen icons and made some new ones as well:

Note the addition of the Vault, a folder where you can keep files and applications that can only be accessed by means of a password, or a fingerprint scanner if the day comes.

It's also available with the names off.

AND LANDSCAPE!!!

AND LANDSCAPE WITHOUT NAMES!!!

The multitasking view. Frames are slightly smaller, tap the bottom right to close or swipe upwards.

Then there's also the option of having the Hub with a Dark Theme. Yum!

It took several hours to draw, so don't be too critical, I would however like feedback and suggestions!

Thanks, I know the guys at BlackBerry. They do occasionally scout places like the CrackBerry forums to see what everyone complains about and what they'd like to see in future devices, updates etc.

Really nice job, especially with the Black bb Hub. And I also like how you removed all the wasted space on the bottom of the screen where the search is.

The icons looks cool. Maybe a bit more shine and glow to be inviting. The flatness of the icons are great. Just a bit different colours and it's amazing.

I definitely appreciate the work, and time you put into this. I for one am not a fan of the whole flat look. Maybe the option would be cool I guess. Or an option to download that version of the OS.

Thanks OP this is the type of visual design we need on BB10 Devices. It reminds me of the different types of Android Launchers, which make android more pleasing visually for it's users, regardless of which OS is superior in functionality.

looks quiet good.not exactly my taste, but good! I would like a PlayBook like Design in Landscape Mode. shouldnt be impossible to make. maybe active frames as usual in portrait mode and realtime preview (like PlayBook) in Landscape mode
