Try these guys http://www.pdarw.com/. They are not cheap but they did a good job for me on two occasions.

You may find it cheaper to source a replacement phone rather than fix your existing one.

I had water damnage to an 8310 and I also had a mechanical problem on another phone. I seem to remember a fix in the region of $75 + postage (both ways). However this was a couple of years back so maybe their charges have increased.

Have a look at the website because at one time some standard repair prices were published.
