Introducing the BlackBerry Y10 Hybrid Slider
    4.8″ 1920 x 1080 Super AMOLED Display
    BlackBerry 10.3
    BlackBerry Natural Sound
Quad Core Krait 400 CPU at up to 2.3GHz per core
    3GB of RAM
Internal storage of 32GB or 64GB + Expandable SD Slot
    13 MP, Dual Flash LED
    2,700 mAh battery
    Slide Out BlackBerry QWERTY Keyboard
The You KNOW You Want to Check Me Notification LED
    HDMI
    USB OTG
    NFC

This one is done in 3D software, I am not that good, but it's decent. It's like the Z30 and a Q10 fused.

price $4000. Only makes sense since the z30 is $700 off contract. Plus sliders are usually less reliable and that screen is too small.

Sorry, I'm just not feelin' it. For one thing, the track pad is basically unusable that low on the device. Balance is completely off. Makes it instantly a 2 handed device so it would actually make more sense without one.

4.8 sounds perfect. Still not a fan of sliders though. I prefer one solid piece instead of moving parts. Sliders are know to wear out fast. Put the specs you mentioned in z30 and it'll be the best phone in the market no doubt about it.

Other than the horrid paint job the Torch 9800 and 9810 were built beautifully. Oh and the full touch torch had it's trackpad down there. Trackpad, while not needed on bb10, is there in this design because reaching all the way up to the top of the screen would be difficult. I would have put it under the scren, but I though it'd be neat at the bottom, otherwise when closed, the Y10 would look no different from the Z30 from above.

Removed the Trackpad, it was experimental. Gone now. Also, the large "foot" add counterweight for the screen.

It'd be way too thick with Wireless charging added into it.

Not at all. Wireless charging circuits are extremely thin. Look at the one in Nokia lumia 920 (skip to 10:00):

The screen is way too big to make this a slider. It'll be a giant phone when it's slide up. It'll be better with the Z10 screen size.

Never. That screen is WAY too big.. do you see how long it is compared to a Z30? It would literally be about 7 inches long.. it should have a 4 inch screen. Yes smaller than a Z10 and then have a slide out keyboard. You're trying to fit way too much into this phone. Not only is it not realistic but if made, this phone would be the biggest most uncomfortable phone out

Phablet Slider, Ive made a Z10ish Slider before this, but thought it looked to small. I would love this, big, heavy, rugged. I don't want thin, small, devices, i want a device that's comfortable.

Remember that touchscreen phones display sizes always factors in the virtual key board.

I think 4 inches 16:9 like ip5 would be more than enough for a slider.

Most current owners of 9810's seem to be used by business types and their phones are holstered.

I think a more feasible and likely design would be to imagine a Q10 (or Q5 if you prefer) with the screen extending down to replace the three rows of keys. The length of the design when closed should then be marginally larger than the current Q10. On the 9810, the difference in the length between the phone in the keyboard tray open and closed was 37 mm. So imagine a Q10 with a slide out Keyboard being longer than the Q10 by 37 mm in the open position . Still a practical phone size. A Q10 Slider would weigh about 160 grams. I would calculate the screen dimensions being around 3.25 x 2.2 = about 4 inches rounded.

It's a nice concept but I could imagine that it would be quite awkward to type and hold the phone with a slide out keyboard that long.
