My facebook doesn't sync notifcation,msgs in HUB. When i open facebook app then instantly all notifications appear in hub

This seems to be happening for a number of users. Some have had success by uninstalling the FB app, deleting the account, rebooting, reinstalling the app, then adding the account again. Give it a try.

Unfortunately, this hasn't worked for me -- I'm still trying to get it working.

Make sure you enable all notifications for Facebook when you set up the account. It needs it for some reason to make first contact and syncronise.

After that, you can disable what you don't want in the HUB and it should work fine. It does seem to be the case since the last update for those who mentioned this same problem here lately.
