    'an error occurred on the Facebook server. Please try again later'

    Reboot/delete/re-install not helped. Receiving messages, and notifications in the hub, but news feed is dead for 13 hours.

    When's 10.4 coming?

    I had that happen a few days ago. Usually happens when someone on your news feed posts an incompatible post. I find when someone posts that they are watching some show or movie that it breaks the news feed. I had to log onto computer, find the offending post and hide it.

    My Facebook chat hasn't been working right either. Other platforms have moved to messenger and removed chat from the app. Messenger doesn't work on bb10, at least on 10.2.1. Dunno about 10.3.1 because Verizon sux.

    BlackBerry has an agreement with Facebook that allows BlackBerry to use the FB Messenger APIs (including one's that other third party developers don't have access to, such as group chat).

    In other words, BB10's FB chat -- while not in a separate app -- has the same privileges as the Messenger app made by Facebook (although BlackBerry has not coded it's app to use all the services that Messenger has -- but they could).
