    I paid for the new face10 pro 24 hours ago, the app is still not working properly especially on my blackberry Hub, my notifications do not open properly. please guys what do i do?

    I'm having a similar problem. I paid for pro and my notifications showed in Hub for a couple days but the hub notifications will now no longer update. I can force refresh hub and still nothing.

    Can't really relate but did you try to reinstall and restart your phone? should do the work in most cases.

    Np, btw there's an app called 'Headless Stabilizer' by Nemory aswell. In case ur headless notifications aren't working again, this should do it.

    You can also restart headless in the app's settings. You don't necessarily need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

    After a couple days I'm no longer getting hub notifications again. I have tried multiple times to restart the hub within the app to no avail. The only way I can get notifications to start again is to uninstall and reinstall the Face10 app, which is obviously not ideal.

    OK so I uninstall/reinstalled and the notifications worked...for maybe 8 hours. Haven't gotten a headless update in over 24 hrs.

    Now I need another Nemory app to "stabalize" the notifications?

    I have to delete the notifications from the hub to keep receiving. Marking as read doesn't have the same effect

    I get Hub notifications, but most posts don't load. I just get the Face10 header and empty space below it. Any suggestions for a fix?

    I emailed Oliver, and he sent me a reply pointing me to his FAQ page, but I didn't see a solution.

    Anything on how fixing the loading issue?? It takes forever to load up pics and etc. Not to mention that when clicking on a video only the audio plays. I've already contacted the developer with no response

    I had to turn off the setting that clears the cache when you close the app. Also, the less often you open it, the longer it seems to take to load.

    For me, I had to delete and then reboot to install the app again. That seems to have been the best fix for me. Gif images load a lot faster now and before that the app would stay frozen for long right after booting it, no matter if it was the 1st or the 100th time during the day. That is also gone as well
