No, it appeared in some early leaked builds so the rumor mongers ran with it. If you want it though, it's available through sideloading the old camera file from that leaked build. A search should turn it up, sorry don't have the link handy.

Well it was in the list of new features in Kevin's post. That doesn't help with the confusion.

Yea I seen it on the list and I went looking for it but couldn't find, do you have it? I don't want to sideload or use leaked apps, I don't want to reduce performance

Blaze - think it's been noted previously, but while the face detect toggle is there, the actual face detection software does not work on 10.2.1.1925 OS.
