I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction please? I have an exchange account set up on my BlackBerry which used to deliver email instantly. Recently it has been lagging and often can be delayed up to 15 minutes where a few emails will come through together. My device is clearly pinging the server when this happens but my business partner who is on another network still gets his email pushed instantly and our email settings are identical. I am on the Orange network in the UK and they are of no use at solving the problem.
Any ideas would be most welcome.
