Everything's Amazing & Nobody's Happy [Video]
- Michelle HaagI work here. This is how I feel about the general state of smartphones, tablets... etc. They've come so far in just a few short years, yet so many people complain that it's not enough. Watch this video, have a laugh. Maybe you'll see things a little differently, or maybe not.

- He's right! The technology that is available to us today is being taken for granted by cry babies and ungrateful a-holes (sorry). Its simply amazing (not magical Apple) what cell phones and tablets can do nowadays. And Michelle I agree with you on the fact that its never going to be enough for many people.

I don't want to load full page sites with ads and stupid graphics on my phone. I don't want to download or even watch movies on my phone. And did I forget to mention it? I hate games.

From this site: "In 1903, the president of the Michigan Savings Bank advised Henry Fords lawyer not to invest in Ford Motor Company, saying, 'The horse is here to stay but the automobile is only a novelty, a fad.' - Michelle HaagI work here.Someday when we have chips implanted in our heads to replace our mobile devices, we'll look back nostalgically...
"Remember the old days when we had to actually carry around our devices?"
And we'll chuckle and shake our heads... then complain when we drop the call or the hologram flickers.oldtimeBBaddict likes this.07-05-11 05:29 PMLike 1 - +1 here also. I remember growing up with our rotary phone....and yes.....having to dial the number 0 took forever. Gasp.....and no answering machines!! Great video....LOL!!!!07-05-11 06:18 PMLike 0
- I remember in my 20's getting impatient with the xerox machine for not printing faster - right up until I remembered the old gestetner machine (anyone remember that?) now we've got wireless laser printers and their still not printing fast enough......07-05-11 07:20 PMLike 0

- I was one of those, the internet would splode and I would go ape ****. Now that I don't play like mmorpgs I can be playing cod and the net goes down and I'm like meh I really should keep reading that book. Even as much of a techie I am I'm still more amazed at the world around me.
Now for the sick part of me, I day dream alot about post apocalyptica. And not entirely mad Max style, more book of elly. You know the younger generation so amazed at what we take for granted, phones that are wireless and fit in our pocket, devices that hold a plethora of information like books, the web I mean the part not used for porn and utterly stupid babble, motion pictures, a device that can do a multitude of things. So bring on the apocolypse I want to worship the mushroom loads of doom.
Yes I think I'm still sane.
What my generation needs is a swift kick in the ***. That easy world we live in the vanish, complaining won't save you crying won't help. You have to get off you are pickup a shovel and do some manual labour, we have it to easy and were getting stupid because of it.
But yeah that video was good thanks for sharing
