People have issues with their z30,z10,q10,classic,passport,and q5 before u update a software update u need to call blackberry that's what I did I called blackberry last week and asked should I update to 10.3.1 they told me no wait a little longer till we fix all the bugs and I'm on 10.2.1 missing all the cool features but at least my z30 works perfectly fine

The new os is better than 10.2.1 even with the issues. I would never go back to 10.2.1. I have received two updates since 10.3.1 was released, the most current one solved everything but a phone call delay.

No issues with my Passport at all and blackberry help on twitter helped me with whatever small issues I had. In one tweet back they even told me to escalate it through my carrier to BlackBerry

No issues here with the Passport, waiting for the official OS release maybe boring but preferable to deal with a half baked software. Fortunately there are many brave souls in CB that dive to test the OS leaks and let us know the new stuff way in advance of the official release.

See you can't believe all you read, most people who answered here don't have any issues, there are (2) Z30's in my house, both run 10.3.1.2558 and no issues, problem s or complaints.

A classic title. A few vocal people have issues and it is turned into everyone. That's human nature for you. For the record I have no issues with my Q5 and Passport. And I'm long passed having issues with the negative hyperbole that is sometimes seen in these forums. I simply ignore it.

Wow I see everyone has no complaints here well I was going to update my phone to 10.3.1 but when I called blackberry they said door download it because there might be a risk that you'll have issues.

Initially had the flickering screen but 2 hard resets fixed that. Didn't even require any updates. Wife has Z30 and she has had zero issues. Based on responses looks like the minority are having issues. I personally only have a handful of friends with BB10 devices and none have had issues. Oh forgot to add my Z10 to the list of devices with no major issues. So between my wife and I, that is a Z10, Z30 and my PP.

Most OS issues are botched installs, PEBKAC or people complaining about difference instead of any actual bug.

Surprisingly, I have had very little issues with my phones. My Passport works fine, with original fw and now with a leak. no flicker, screen pop or anything.
