I downloaded a few ringtones earlier and a voice clip appeared in my ringtone folder. I can't listen to the clip.. Just get 'an error occured msg' and I can't delete the clip either!

Any suggestions? Its kinda bugging me!

Pull the battery.
Re-Install battery.

Then see if you can listen to it and/or delete it

Should have thought of that myself but I'll blame my sleepiness also managed to strangely delete my wallpaper! But least I'm not annoyed no more
