    "Connection to Computer failed"
    This appears maybe avery 5 to 10 seconds and it is really annoying. It on a Bold 9780.
    I don't know what is happening.
    All he did is connect to his car.He doesnt have a playbook or either a pc he doesnt like technologie he avoid it exept the bluetooth.

    I tried to delete all the devices connected to the Bold then restarted same issue.
    The only time it doesnt show the error message is to turn off the bluetooth.

    yes for more then 2 minutes and delete ALL devices :S

    Weird. If there is nothing listed to connect to it don't have a clue why it's try to find something.

    exactly and i ask him did you connected to a computer or something he said no because here they can plug it to the computer we have disable all usb port.

    Is the user on BES? Perhaps Bluetooth was disabled by an IT policy. http://docs.blackberry.com/en/admin/...Technology.pdf

    yes he is on the BES ,out of the 50+ he is the only one reported the issue.
