Please help. I just got an error 552 message on my blackberry curve 8300.

I've tried all the instructions on trying to reinstall the OS system but it's not working.

Nothing is working. I continue to have a blank white screen.

I didn't start a thread on the same topic.
If you can read, my prior thread was asking if the notes were saved on the phone or the sim card. This is asking how do I clear the error 352 if reinstalling the OS system isn't working for me.

Well it's the same problem regardless.

Error 552 I believe is an application error but that's all I know. Other threads have stated error 552 also cites "Out of Memory"

I'm pretty sure you're only solution is to reload the OS.
