    I tried doing the 7.1 update and this happened! I unplugged device and plugged 9900 back in the update worked but i have lost everything! I cant believe it! I went to do backup and everything is gone! I'm super pissed! any ideas

    507 means your device has no OS loaded. Connect again and reload the OS.

    Happened to me too. I just unplugged and reconnected. I lost everything as well but went back to a previous backup.
