One of our users at the City set a password to encrypt items on his blackberry 9650. He can't remember the password and has set the device to do a security wipe after a third attemp at loggin on. Is there a way to get the password or unlock the encryption?

Boy don't I hate when that happens. If he can't remember the password his only choice is a wipe. I forgot my password once and had to wipe my device but luckily I had a backup that was only 3 days old.

That reminds me I need to backup my data again. ha ha

Blackberry Security is great but it sucks when you forget your password.
