RetroArch, grab the updated one that Justintochark posted. Believe the best working version is 1.0.2.8.

There is an Android version, but it doesn't play as nicely, especially with gamepad support.

Try sideloading it through the PlayBook app manager chrome extension.

For the sake of security all .bar files not acquired through BlackBerry world have to be sideloaded in development mode. This is because BlackBerry wasn't able to screen it for anything potentially harmful (memory leaks, proprietary code and what have you).

Just install the plug-in to chrome, enable development mode, connect to your BlackBerry 10 device via wifi or usb, and drag the file into the chrome extension to install it.
