I'm getting messages to my outlook on my computer 100% of the time, but not always to my device.

(it seems that when i have outlook open and i get an email, it rarely ever comes to my device, as if outlook pulls it off the server too fast).

I need to leave outlook open even when i'm away from my desk. How can I get emails to my device ALWAYS?

You could leave a copy of the email on the server?
